Track Progress of a Service Request

Step 1: You can Track Progress of the service request once the service request is created.

Step 2: When the Service Provider accepts the request, an ETA of estimated arrival will be displayed to you.

Step 3: When the Service Provider will arrive at the location and starts the repair, the status of the request will change to Tech Arrived. You can refresh the Request link to view the status updates. You can also see Service Provider Updates section to check the updates.

Step 4: Once a Service is Completed, the status of the request will change to Service Complete. You can pay for the service as per the selected Intended Payment Method.
