Add a New Case

How to add a new case?

Step 1: You can create new case by Logging into your Servicase customer account

Step 2: Click Home from the left panel

Step 3: Click Add New Case button on top right corner. You can also click New case button from the left panel.

Step 4: Enter Case details and click on Save button. 

Step 5: After successsful creation, the case will be available under the cases table available on Left Menu as Home.
Step 6: You can click on Case Id to view the details of the case created.
