Send Customers Credentials to Track Their Cases

How to send customers credentials to track their cases?

 Step 1: You can view, add and update Company/Location address by Logging into your Servicase Service Provider account.

Step 2: Click Update Company Profile.

Step 3: Click on Customers.
Step 4: View Customer Details.
Step 5: Click on send credentials and the credentials will be sent to the customer's registered email address.
Step 6: The Customer will be able to login to the ServiCase as a customer to track the progress of the cases.
