Customer Protocol Notes
How to Add, Update, or Delete Customer Protocol Notes?
Step 1: You can Add, Update, or Delete Customer Protocol Notes by logging into your ServiCase carrier account from the ServiCase website.

Step 2: Click on the
Customers icon in the left navigation menu.

Step 3: Click on the
Edit icon for the customer you want to add Protocol notes for.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Protocol Notes section and enable the toggle for the user roles for which you want the added note to appear for.

Step 5: Add notes in the given text area.
Step 6: Click Save and the notes will be updated.
