National Accounts
How to Add, Update, or Delete National Accounts:
Step 1: You can Add/Update/Delete National Accounts by logging into your ServiCase carrier account.

Step 2: Click on the
Customers icon on the left navigation menu.

Step 3: Click on the
Edit icon for the customer you want to update National Accounts for. Note: If you have a national account and wish to add them for your own company, then select the default customer (your own company) from this list.

Step 4: Click the
Add icon (+) to add a new National Account within the National Account section. Add any required details, then click save.

Step 5: The National Account Number will be auto-populated whenever a brand is selected in the preferred tire section.
Step 6: Click on Edit to edit an existing National Account.

Step 7: Click on Delete to remove a National Account from the section.
