Customer Spending Limits
How to Add, Update, or Delete Spending Limits for a Customer:
Step 1: Login into your ServiCase carrier account.
Step 2: Click on the Customers icon on the left navigation menu.
Step 3: Click on the Edit icon for a customer you want to update a Spending Limit for.
Step 4: Click on the Add (+) button to add a new Spending Limit for a particular service. Add required details and click Save. This spending limit will trigger a request for approval from the customer's spending approver in the section above. Once the approver accepts the request, the billing item that was above the limit will be processed.
