Customer Spending Approvers
Customer Spending Approvers:
Step 1: Login into your ServiCase carrier account.
Step 2: Click on the Customers icon in the left navigation menu.
Step 3: Click on the Edit icon for the customer you want to add a spending approver for.
Step 4: Click on the Add (+) icon to add a new Spending Approver for the selected customer.
Step 5: Update the necessary information for the approver, select how you wish they are contacted to approve billing items based on the set spending limits.
