Create a new service request

- You can create a new service request without logging in to the servicase.

- From Home page, select Service Family, Select Service type, enter Location and click search.

- Select a Service Provider from the Service Provider listing page.

- If the service provider is online, you will be able to send service request by clicking on the green airplane icon.

- Enter Name and Phone number. Click on continue. An OTP will be sent to the entered number. Enter received OTP and click Verify. You will be redirected to Send Service Request page after successful OTP Verification.

- Enter required details and click on Create Service Request. The service request will be sent to selected service provider.
