Customer Service Fees
How to Add, Update, or Delete Customer Service Fees:
Step 1: Log into your ServiCase carrier account from the ServiCase website.
Step 2: Click on the Customers icon in the left navigation menu.
Step 3: Click on the
Edit icon for the customer you want to add a Service Fee for.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Service Fee section within the Customer and click the
Add button (+) to add new service fee for a specific service. This Service fee will appear in the billing section within a case when the customer is selected.
