Update Account Settings

Step 1: You can change the account settings of a user by Logging into your ServiCase account.

Step 2: Click the settings icon (cog wheel) on the left panel.

Step 3: Click Settings from the Settings Page.

Step 4: Change the desired details from the Account Settings section.

Step 5: Click on Save and the settings will be updated.
