View and Add new Appointments
Viewing and Adding Appointments to the Calendar:
Step 1: You can View, Add and Update appointments to the calendar by Logging into your Servicase carrier account.
Step 2: Click on the "Appointments" button in the left panel.
Step 3: You will now see your Calendar with all existing Appointments.
Step 4: Add a new Appointment by clicking on the Add New (+) button. Select a Date and click Add and the new Appointment will be added for the selected date. You can hover over the appointment to view a quick preview.
Step 5: When the case is closed, the appointment will be removed from the Calendar. Only active appointments will be displayed on the Calendar.
