Closing a Case

Closing a Case: 

Step 1: After you have logged into your ServiCase account, click on the home screen to view all cases.
Step 3: Select or search for the case you want to update, and click on the case number or the edit icon to enter the case.
Step 4: Select the service you want to change the status for.
Step 5: Click on the Service Status dropdown.

Step 6: Select the status for C omplete and click on save. 
Step 7: The status of the service will be marked as  Complete.
Step 8: Once all services are marked complete, the case will be closed and be removed from the active cases on the home screen.
